Location is perfect, couldn’t be better. Check-in was seamless and staff at reception are very efficient. Rooms are clean and well kept. A big thank you to Mahmoud from housekeeping who was extremely helpful and very polite. Bathrooms can be revamped and updated to include a separate shower. I travelled with my elderly parents and it wasn’t ideal having a shower in the bath . Breakfast had a very good selection and food was delicious. Thanks to Fahad at the breakfast area who was really friendly and very helpful. However, I would suggest having a self-service coffee machine so one does not need to wait too long for coffee as was the case when it was busy. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel rooms are dated & hot water was a hit or miss in the bathroom, but the location is prime (steps away from women’s gate #16). The location could not have been better.
Breakfast at the restaurant on-site was delicious as well as service during the meal (kudos to Fahad who graciously helped us).
Housekeeping was also good (Alamgir was helpful).

Great reception and customer service experience. Teef, the girl at the lobby is very welcoming, friendly, and cooperative. She made sure we are on board with everything. We will surely come back again in the future. I highly recommend ?

The service at the hotel was impeccable.
The reception was efficient and professional. The check-in process was seamless, and the staff was informative, providing all the necessary details about the facilities and services offered by the hotel. special thanks to Darin

Excellent hotel with well trained staff. The staff are really professional and friendly, we asked one of the house keeper “Tawfeeq” to check the room and change the linen. He was very helpful, fast and professional. The hotel location is just in front of the female entrance of AlHaram. Gate number 17. You will need just 2 minutes walk to entrance.
