This place is the real deal for luxury and service. Fahad at breakfast was a true waiter, rushing to get us fresh orange juice and cappuccinos while checking in frequently to clear plates and tend to our needs. It was a great experience and the staff made it steps above any other place.

Just came to hotel and they automatically upgraded me to family suite. The service has been phenomenal. The breakfast buffet was delicious and many choices to choose from. Amani has been great help facilitating our stay at the

Had a great stay at this hotel. Neat and clean room with great breakfast options that were super fresh. Good eggs and such fresh bakery options! Loved everything. Service was excellent specially by our server, Fahad Khan, who took exceptional care of our requirements and needs at the breakfast buffet. We felt great as he made sure we got what we liked, it was very hospitable of him. Great service!

Location is exceptional as you are a few footsteps from the mosque.
Staff are all very kind from security, bell boys and reception.
Fahd Kahn at breakfast was very attentive and helpful.
The rooms are a wonderful size.
The property is an old fashioned beauty, that would benefit from a fashion upgrade.

This Hotel is amazing! Right next to the mosque, meaning i don’t have to walk far. The breakfast was beyond my expectations. They had absolutely everything you could imagine. The waiter’s were so nice and catered to all my needs, especially Fahd who helped me the whole time. If you were visiting madinah i would recommend this place to anybody!
