I stayed here for 2 nights and really enjoyed it. The room was quite spacious and clean and the hotel is adjacent to the Haram. I would like to thank Mr. Mohamed Al Balooshi for his customer service upon checking out and ensuring we had a pleasant stay.

Excellent service in the Rotana restaurant especially the Egyptian chief and Mohammed Shiraz, delicious food.
However, the bathroom is not that clean and its outdated..
Otherwise, great bedrooms and sitting rooms.
I think the hotel needs renovation but for now its great.

Breakfast is excellent. Serene and beautiful ambience. Service has been great as well, the waitstaffs, Ms. Amani and Mr. Arman were helpful and attentive. Thank you!
I also love the room. It's well lit, well-equipped, well-furnished and I can adjust the night light according to my preference.

The hospitality and service is excellent. The housekeeping at the 4th floor were all helpful and caring. At the reception Ms. Darin also extended additional help when we asked for access for getting ready( for departure) even after we checked out. The food was good and staff at the restaurant during breakfast were caring and kind. Definitely worth recommending. This was my 3rd time at the hotel and over the 5 years span the service, commitment and warmth remains the same.

Excellent hotel by all standard . Staff team always make our stay more pleasant and comfortable .
