Please everyone stay away from this hotel. Most disgusting hotel ever visited. Room is stink not even clean. In bathroom shower door is missing. Breakfast is even more worse not organised. All the waiter here is busy with gossiping. People smoke in the building nobody say anything about this.

I'm very sorry to say, but this hotel has very serious cleaning issues. It feels like no one cares about how cleaning and housekeeping are done in this place. So sad to see such a great location getting ruined by low level of hygiene. Please management take immediate actions.

Location is good, about half a kilo from the prophet mosque . The food is decent, the floor design in the bathroom is not that good, there will always be water puddles(at least in my room). Decent facility, I don't know why they put the electric kettle right under the tv.

I strongly recommend everyone to stay away from this hotel. The bathroom is very bad and the bidet is very weak, imagine you don’t have a bathroom basically. The service is very bad and take a very long time to do the simplest things like bringing a water. Overall, this is the worst experience tried before. Please don’t try.

I strongly recommend everyone not to book this hotel. The bathrooms were pathetic and compact with no shower door which makes the whole floor wet and they place a wiper so that the guests can wipe it of themselves They serve everyday same meals in breakfasts. No proper service. They don't give iron for pressing clothes. Overall they doesn't maintain the hotel properly. Rooms are compact. They just want to make money. The only plus point is it's location as it is near to gate 318 but we do have so many other hotel options. The hotel is totally not worth to stay paying that amount.
