You should stay here only for the location. They should take better care of cleanliness. Housekeeping staff had come to clean at 10.30pm.

Good Service, Good taste food, the rice is so good, near Nabawi infront of 320 Gate, but menu not indonesian (sosis, meatball, cheese, salad, but they still give you kerupuk and sambal).

Hotel room was OK but having too many cockroaches roaming freely everywhere in the room and washroom. Washroom itself was not looking tidy. When I complained on reception and house keeping staff about the cockroaches, they immediately took action and sprayed anti bug spray but it didn't work permanently.

worst hotel ever not even close to the mosque but the worst is yet to come i was in room no 225 no room serivce and cockroaches everywhere literally EVERYWHERE ON THE TELEPHONE ON THE BED …. The worst is yet to come the BATHROOM one cannot enter it stinks …. did a huge mistake by coming and staying here ….. the bedsheets stink of being used and not washed..the fthiest hotel to ever stay in…

Hotel management must have a system of issuing receipts after the payments for maintaining discipline in the hotel. The staff should not disturb the rooms.
