The only good thing about this hotel is the location it is very close to the Haram. Reception stuff is not professional and seems not liking the job. The accept cash only room is full of cockroachs Shower cabinet is ery small the smallest I've ever seen

They offer very amazing services. It is situated at amazing place. We are very pleased to stay tgere and we enjoyed our stay. Allah bless them all who managing this hotel. View of majid e nabvi was awesome through hotel's window.

I didn't stay here because this was not within the budget. But I visited there This is really nice Hotel in Front of 308 Gate, need to walk for 2-3 minutes to approach Haram. As in Madina, Many hotels are high class, This is also not very costly but still affordable.

absolute WORST hotel I've ever been in, in my life. There were bugs crawling in the shower. The bathroom smelled like urine. The pillows and sheets all had stains on them and smelled dirty. Crumbs and dirt from the floor was just swept under the desk so you could see it all if you took out the chair. When we told room service they argued with us and just put pillow cases over the old ones instead of giving us fresh pillows and cases. They just threw some cleaner on the floor and didn't actually clean anything in the bathroom. It was an awful stay. Do not ever go here. I would give this hotel a 0 rating if I could.
