the cleanliness is not satisfied me. I asked the room boy to clean the room' the first day' they just change the towel and take the garbage' not make the bed tidy.. second day' they didnt come to clean the room.
the pros is there basement parking so I can park here for free

Please everyone stay away from this hotel. Most disgusting hotel ever visited. Room is stink not even clean. In bathroom shower door is missing. Breakfast is even more worse not organised. All the waiter here is busy with gossiping. People smoke in the building nobody say anything about this.

I'm very sorry to say, but this hotel has very serious cleaning issues. It feels like no one cares about how cleaning and housekeeping are done in this place.
So sad to see such a great location getting ruined by low level of hygiene.
Please management take immediate actions.

Location is good, about half a kilo from the prophet mosque .
The food is decent,
the floor design in the bathroom is not that good, there will always be water puddles(at least in my room).
Decent facility, I don't know why they put the electric kettle right under the tv.

I strongly recommend everyone to stay away from this hotel. The bathroom is very bad and the bidet is very weak, imagine you don’t have a bathroom basically.
The service is very bad and take a very long time to do the simplest things like bringing a water.
Overall, this is the worst experience tried before. Please don’t try.
