Staff always friendly and helpful, I found the room clean and tidy.
The gym and SPA are fantastic.
Well served restaurant with international cuisine, the food was good and cooked well as the breakfast was also varied and plentiful.
Great location to reach my clients and colleagues in Riyadh.
I will definitely come back

At this hotel, the restaurant service left a lasting impression on me. The waiter was exceptionally friendly and maintained a high level of professionalism, adding significant value to my dining experience. Their attentive care and patient explanations made me feel right at home. Looking forward to visiting again!

Over priced
Front desk and room service staff need more training. They did not picking up the phone quickly at midnight.
Bed is comfortable
Breakfast is good.
Facilities are perfect.

This is an amazing hotel. Miss Haya was very kind to us and provided everything that we needed. It's clean and has a lot of comfort items to make you feel at home. The rooms are very spacious with full of amenities. The service is wonderful! Thank you so much and I will come back very soon!

I really appreciate the person who was in the night shift he was a really amazing person😊👍. He updated my room to suit 😉 i really forgot his name, and the room was super clean with the best view 😍 and amazing services 👌 my mom loved it ❤️ and breakfast was great 👍 with amazing tastes 😋
I booked for 3 adults & 3 children, but we were more persons but still, we were not charged extra money, so thank you for that 💚.
The location is great. Everything was near the hotel 🏨 their were a lot of mall near Shaza Hotel. I really like it
I will highly recommend the hotel to everyone who will come to Riyadh.
