I booked 2 rooms for our guests in January and used my card to secure the booking. Even though we book the rooms often and the guests always pay upon arrival, this time the hotel deducted a certain amount from my card. However, the guests were charged as well. The hotel is refusing to give me a proper explanation and they have not responded to my emails for 1,5 months.
Do not book with them if you don't want to lose your money!

Great hotel. Beaitiful aroma that pleases your senses through the day. Nice facilities. Excellent breakfast. Courteous staff.
One negative point which is no fault of Voco Riyadh is that it is in a lonely spot even though it is on the King Saud highway. Not a single supermarket or restaurant or any utility shops close by.
For these facilities, you must walk for 20 mins behind the hotel i.e., exit the hotel and walk on the right road until you reach a junction where a building has it all.
Alternatively, you can eat at the hotel but it can be expensive if you haven't plamned for it.

Very accessible place and the experience that I had with this hotel was amazing with courteous and accomodating staff Mr. Nubi from the concierge and Mr. Hosam from the restaurant..place is clean and the bed was very comfy and big..I really had a great time staying at this place...Highly recommended and hope I can be back again.

First time at the Voco Hotel and a great experience throughout. Excellent location in the centre of Riyadh, plenty of parking available, so no issues driving around looking for a space.
The hotel is well laid out and the conference suites are one of the best I have seen for some time. Nicely organised meeting rooms, quiet and snacks were fresh and changed regularly.
Buffet lunch was excellent too. Well laid out with plenty of choice and plenty of food. I will look forward to my next visit
