I went with my friends to this hotel to try it, the view was literally amazing. The food had the best seasoning I ever tasted. The shower that I stayed in for 5 straight hours, it was such a good bath. And the pool was so good, being in the pool was the happiest moment of our life! Each one took a room by themselves, and we would meet together at the dining table, we ate, had fun, and played games. Even the workers were so sweet! It was such an amazing experience. Would totally recommend it! ?

The facilities are good although my shower did not work properly and maintenance was not done as promised. However, I (and no one in my organization) shall ever stay in this hotel again due to the terrible treatment I received while trying to check in. The person attending to me was extremely arrogant, rude and condescending and should not be in a customer facing position with the behavior they displayed.

The hotel itself is nice, the rooms are great. However, the service is very poor. Despite being a 5 star hotel, no one cleaned the room for the whole period.
If you plan to order food from hungerstation or Jahez the reception will not allow the delivery to reach your nor they will have someone from the hotel to deliver it. Moreover, they will not communicate to you that the food is down for you to go and take it.

I would like to express my sincerest gratitude for the wonderful dinner night we had at your hotel. The service, hospitality, and food were all superb. Special thanks to Mr. Asni for the table arrangements which made our evening even more special.
We are truly impressed by the level of care and attention that was given to us throughout our stay. We will definitely be recommending Shaza Hotel to our family and friends!

The decor is nice and rooms are comfy and the best thing is the mosque next to the hotel but the service is so bad when I entered the room I thought that it wasn’t cleaned after the last guest, when I asked for room service they took so long time to come and they didn’t even clean well. I am disappointed because I stay in Shaza every time I come to Riyadh and I know that the quality of services has decreased significantly.
So disappointed…
