The hotel has never been a 5 star hotel in booked this hotel so my children could go swimming however when we got there the pool was freezing but not just that it was a mess the tiles are all falling off and the rust is running into the pool the decking around the pool is all un even and falling to bits the lobby staff just kept putting me off day by day saying the manager will contact me in the end they had nothing to say.
5 families had this hotel booked for may aswell and we have all cancelled the hotel told us the pool will still not be fixed by then

2.5 Below average at best, this should be listed as an Arabic buffet. You are better off going to Mama Nora for Ful and Shakshuka. There is a limited variety where everything is cold and covered in Arabic seasoning. Not to mention the poor service. I did book this voucher Cobone and it was very disappointing. I highly recommend Centro Olaya by Rotana for a 5-star experience for the same price. To say the least, I was highly disappointed and will not be returning.

Had an unforgettable night with my bestie seha. Had a sumptuous dinner assisted by our host Mr. Farhan Khan. All their staff are well train and respectful. The ambience of the restaurant made our stay more memorable and special. We share this news to others and sure be coming back.

I stayed for 14 days (25 Nov- 08 Dec) in Fraser suites. It's a good place to stay. The staff's behavior was very polite and good. Due to cold weather, the swimming pool water was very cold and unable to even wash hands in the swimming pool.
Overall, good.

i would love to reccomemd this hotel. The penthouse was beautiful with big space. the breakfast spread was lovely. we were assisted by a very good waiter Assad. He was an excellent waiter.
