I stayed before Ramadan. Amazing experience with good service. The variety of buffet was excellent. Rooms are spacious with elegant looks and comfortable. I enjoyed my stay with family. Refreshing experience at Spa. Everything was great!

I tried two suites. The first one has dirt spots on the living room. The second one was better. The room service is horrible, lacking for stuff at night as only one guy is serving the whole hotel. If you ask for an extra sheet & blanket they will bring some cheap obsolete pieces. Location is good but nowadays its crowdy in the Eastern ring.

The hotel is good, the rooms are large and bed is comfy. Weird smell is there.
The location is ideal for those who have business in the industrial area but far from city centre or the new areas of Riyadh.

Honestly one of the best hotels in Riyadh, specially the services I got during my stay and Front Office staff were very helpful, I want to thank the Manager Omar he was so polite and made my stay really wonderful
