Ashiqe and Illyas have been amazing during my stay at the hotel. They are so polite and welcoming and can not do enough to ensure you have everything you need. The food is amazing and I have really enjoyed my stay here.

NOT SATISFIED....
The room they provided me with is not satisfactory as it lacks an adequate lighting its a dark room i felt sapocated as no window nea side the bed, unlike the rooms my colleagues were given. My coworkers have rooms with a good amount of sunlight and a nice view from the window. Although I requested to change my room to match theirs, I was not allowed to transfer to a different room. As a result, I had to endure five uncomfortable nights in my room. To add to my disappointment, the shower knob was also not functioning properly, requiring me to wait for an hour after calling for room service to fix it. Overall, I am an unhappy customer.

Fantastic hotel. The rooms are luxurious. I had a kitchen, lounge/office, bathroom and another separate toilet. Stayed solo as a female and always felt perfectly taken care of. The gym is the best I have seen anywhere in the world - very well equipped. Food is varied and served to the highest standard. You’ll likely hear prayer calls from the mosque next door, which you would almost everywhere.

Location - a bit far from city Center
It’s connected to mosque, I advice if you do not pray ask room in the other side of hotel.
Service - I like it , friendly helpful staff , I got all answers I need while visiting
Food - did not try
It’s cozy hotel with Arabic touch , in the same time modern and new .
For me I catch my vibe there , if you have business trip or visiting friends and looking for good price and quality , you will get it !

Am oasis of peace and quite amidst the hustle and bustle of Riyadh. Beautiful rooms and very personalized service. Small, and really neat and tidy. Love the place.
