My stay was enjoyable and relaxing. The breakfast buffet was superb and there was a wide variety of foods to choose from. The service was also excellent, in particular by Shakib.

This was second time we had dinner with colleagues. we were around 30 people. The service by staff was excellent. The buffet was good with number of dishes. surely its value for money. Excellent place highly recommended

Kudos Shaza hotel for having a very respectful and attentive Guest Relation Officer by the name of Adel who attended my call today. He's very patient and knows how to handle queries properly. Good job, Mr. Adel ??? Keep it up! ??

Stayed here for 3 nights during my Family trip. Good things : Booked from hotel website and got good offer. Rooms are great designed with moroccan interior design and are lovely. Best point of this hotel is restaurant staff, who are amazingly welcoming and focused to service. Service guy in room lobby floor was very helpful and did his best for our comfort. Things to improve : Did book the biggest 2 bedroom suit with terrace and went there exactly on checking time, but was told by very young reception staffs to wait as rooms would take another hour to get ready. luckily another guy called housekeeping and around in 45 minutes i was able to checkin to room which was very hot. Arriving to rooms seemed like AC's were not switched on for few days. AC had some issue in room and hot air was leaking somehow to kids room. Masterbedrooms bathroom water pressure was annoying. While it was good in kids room, but bathroom was cery very conjusted there. Worst part was, in night around 11:45 pm Automatically all the lights in whole suite went on. I Did call maintenance guy who did reset something. Again at 2:30 am all lights in whole suit again switched on (I was horrified to that), again I called maintenance guy he tried something and reset something and so on. Guess what, 3:30 am and again... it was pathetic. In morning I complained on reception either to change my room or correct whatever was wrong with this room. And they did repair it and next 2 nights were peaceful. Hotel has swimming pool in club but kids are not allowed. Overall, Hotel infrastructure is good but I gave only 3 stars as it needs to be managed better in few Area's of guest experience.

Great location, excellent facilities, helpful staff and close to all that you need. Loved my stay! The room size was fantastic, location was amazing and facilities were great. I loved it, would come back again! Special thanks to Jibon (Room attendant)who made my room looks fantastic everyday .. Special thanks to every people in the hotel who had taken good care
