Over priced
Front desk and room service staff need more training. They did not picking up the phone quickly at midnight.
Bed is comfortable
Breakfast is good.
Facilities are perfect.

This is an amazing hotel. Miss Haya was very kind to us and provided everything that we needed. It's clean and has a lot of comfort items to make you feel at home. The rooms are very spacious with full of amenities. The service is wonderful! Thank you so much and I will come back very soon!

I really appreciate the person who was in the night shift he was a really amazing person😊👍. He updated my room to suit 😉 i really forgot his name, and the room was super clean with the best view 😍 and amazing services 👌 my mom loved it ❤️ and breakfast was great 👍 with amazing tastes 😋
I booked for 3 adults & 3 children, but we were more persons but still, we were not charged extra money, so thank you for that 💚.
The location is great. Everything was near the hotel 🏨 their were a lot of mall near Shaza Hotel. I really like it
I will highly recommend the hotel to everyone who will come to Riyadh.

Great hotel in Riyadh, definitely recommended in the capital of KSA. Service was excellent and always attentive to the customer. In my case, Asif was a great help during my stay; but overall the whole team did an amazing job.

Shaza Riyadh is a wonderful place to stay, the rooms are nice, the jacuzzi steam room is stunning and the gym has everything in it that a regular gym goer would need.
Service here is outstanding, I must draw particular attention to my housekeeper - Folu Miah - who goes above and beyond every day to attend to what I need. Cleans my room to an exceptional standard and helps me out to a level exceeding what I was expecting. Thank you Folu!
