Located on the new Jeddah Waterfront along the Red Sea, Shangri-La Jeddah features 203 elegant rooms and suites and 17 luxury serviced apartments.

The Shangri-La Jeddah room prices include free use of the hotel swimming pool located on the hotel’s seventh floor, which overlooks the Red Sea.

One of the worst experiences I ever had. A hotel that deserves only one star and should not be counted as a 5-star hotel. First of all, i don’t advise women alone to book in this hotel one of the worker get into the room without permission and another time tried to get into the room While I was sleeping!! Worse than that, the hotel management dealt with the issue as if it was a normal thing. They apologized to me coldly and all they cared about is to remember me about checkout early because they were fully booked right now 🤣. Secondly, they gave me a room for people with special needs. it was without bathtub Thirdly, they do not allow delivery from outside restaurants, and if I wanted to order from a restaurant Outside the hotel, i must go to the outside gate of the hotel in order to receive food.

The most Awful and ugly customer service i have witnessed in my entire life… they replaced my appointment to another customer without getting back to me!!! and when i ask why that happened??? They said so what if it cancelled so its cancelled!!! Its over …… shameless ppl

Great hotel and excellent personalized service. The staff made the stay very special, particularly the Conceirge team and all the restaurant staff. The suites are wonderfully designed and thoughtfully furnished. The balconies all around the room with a view of the Red Sea Corniche are great. One small feedback - Front desk service could be better. We had trouble with the pre-authorization deposit as their system didn’t recognize it. We complained every day for 4 days and issue was not fixed!

I visited the much hyped Shangri-La
Spa, which has recently won some international awards. As sad as I'm to say, I wasn't very satisfied with the place. It left me wanting more.
The services in women's menu are limited. They don't have manicure, pedicure, hair treatments, or styling. Nonetheless, I would say I had one of the best massages in jeddah. Ayuni was amazing in her massage. I am not an easily pleased person, but her energizing massage was top-notch. Prices were surprisingly not too high. Slightly above the other high-end spas in jeddah and could be slightly lower than any other ultra-luxury spas.
Now about the interiors, hmmm, given its in the ultra-luxurious shangri-la hotel, the ladies' spa seem very claustrophobic despite it being at jeddahs gorgeous waterfront. There was no way I could have a view of outside. No window, no sunlight. The spa lacked the element of freedom or rejuvenation.
The interiors were ok but claustrophobic. There is nothing wrong with the furniture or setup. Just the ambiance wasn't relaxing. I have been to more beautiful spas in jeddah. The fact that it didn't have the full range of services left me wanting more and unsatisfied.
The staff is amazing. I loved their genuine warmth. I just had higher expectations of the place given its international reputation. By now, you must have realized that I have mixed feelings for the place.
The place is supremely clean. Amenities were nice.
I had hot chocolate at the Cafe at the reception, which again couldn't meet my expectations. The interiors was good. The menu was good. The pastries looked scrumptious. But I had appetite for only hot chocolate

You guys never disappoint!! Perfect location, perfect food - always welcoming families… we are so blessed to have you here in Jeddah , five stars is an understatement 👍🩷
