Excellent service by Roel in the fitness spa reception. Went out of his way to ensure I was looked after with it being my first visit. Truly upholding the Hilton excellence. It's Hilton's Honour to have him. ,😁 Thanks Roel.

It took more than 30 mints to take the luggage and it was 5:30 in the morning what is the pressure they are facing in this time.
Many phone calls to the reception and there was no response after i went to there counter i found no one there and all of them are inside the office on the left side they were more the 5 employees not doing any thing only chitchatting and leaving there positions that they were suppose to serve for there salary.
Very poor service for a 5 star hotel.

One of the worst experience services wise. Many people working there are racist, give priority to local Saudis and treat foreigners with disrespect. Even if you are in line, they will serve locals standing behind you and then will serve you. Being diamond member we have experienced excellent service all over the world but here NOWAY. NEVER AGAIN.

If u want to travel back in time visit @HiltonHotels jeddah outdated interior mkes u feel u r bck in 90s, Restaurant buffet lack taste and desserts lack variety, i wldnt hv mind paying 25sr for a coke, if atleast hotel gave 5 star vibe. #hiltonjeddah #Thursdayvibes #disappointed

Services of all sevice are superb. Perfect hotel and restaurant for family and friends who just wants to change the ambiance of daily life. Food are amazing with wide varieties with very friendly hotel staffs, from housekeeping to waiters to receptionist. Will definitely be going back for a weekend escapade with my aquad.
