Outstanding Stay at the Sheraton Hotel! We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Sheraton Hotel and I must say, it was a truly exceptional experience from start to finish. The moment I walked into the hotel, I was greeted warmly by the staff and the check-in process was incredibly speedy, which was a welcome surprise! The highlight of my stay was definitely the bed and pillows - they were like sleeping on a cloud! I had one of the best night's sleep in a long time, thanks to the plush and comfortable bedding provided by the Sheraton. The attention to detail in the room's amenities, including the quality of the pillows, did not go unnoticed and truly added to the overall comfort of my stay. Moreover, the food at the Sheraton was top-notch. Every meal I had at the hotel's restaurant was delicious and expertly prepared. The variety of options available ensured that there was something for everyone, and I was thoroughly impressed by the quality of the ingredients and the flavors of each dish. Overall, my experience at the Sheraton Hotel was nothing short of perfect. The combination of the luxurious bed, heavenly pillows, delectable food, and efficient service made for a memorable stay that exceeded all of my expectations. I would highly recommend the Sheraton to anyone looking for a first-class hotel experience. Five stars all the way!

Having stayed at the Sheraton in Jeddah, which boasts a legacy of being one of the city’s oldest hotels, I’ve consistently encountered clean rooms and exceptional service. However, it’s apparent that the hotel has lost some of its original luster over time. The lobby and general ambiance no longer reflect the vibrant spirit it once did. In my opinion, it’s high time for a renovation to rejuvenate its charm and update the overall look and feel to match the excellent service standards.

Best hotel in Jeddah. The view is great from room. The guest service, housekeeping and laundry service are great. The bell desk team are quick and assist immediate. Highly recommend for both business and leisure travel

Love my stays here. The personal is super friendly and they take a very nice care about you. Late checkout is no issue. Nice bar and pool. Great location.

The outside building is old but it’s fully renovated inside. Great facilities and super friendly and helpful staffs. I arrived early but Mohammad did his best to help me find a room and recommended me great places to visit. It’s an old hotel but it means their staffs are trained well. I’ve stayed at several other hotels in Saudi - Sheraton looks the oldest but the service is the best. The location is also amazing, tons of cafe and restaurants nearby. Will definitely stay here again in future.
