Stayed for a night and got upgraded to executive level junior suite. Thanks to Mishal from reception. He has been tremendous!
We had a meeting for 10 days (board room 1 & 2) and Rose has been exceptional in making us comfortable throughout our meeting. Thanks Rose!

Amazing experience! I spent few days with my family and it was very enjoyable, rooms were clean and the service was top notch. Especially the lady named hajar she was very helpful and professional!

Overall, the hotel nails it in every way, from the warm welcome to seamless check-in, and everything in between. The rooms are a dream – I had some of my best nights' sleep here. Room service offers tasty choices; I couldn't get enough of the lentil soup, and the beef tenderloin was sheer brilliance.
Yet, the dimly lit hallways slightly dimmed the sparkle. Plus, the absence of a balcony and outdoor space triggered a hint of claustrophobia. The small room window didn't help either, taking away a bit from an otherwise flawlessly amazing stay.

Great services at all. Wherever you go you’ll find best value from all stuff.… all reception stuff… restaurants… even valet parking very elegant.. Thank you all of you. And I would like Ms.KAWSAR - Bell boy he was so helpful. Really was great times & looking back again and again..

Kempinski Al Othman Hotel is a 5 star hotel in Al Khobar. The atmosphere in the hotel is very friendly and there are training areas, exercise areas and playgrounds for the kids. The hotel is a little bit expensive but the luxury lifestyle comes with a cost. Right from the check-in till your check-out, everything is taken care of. Hotel rooms are very nice and specious. Rooms offer free Wi-Fi and flat-screen TVs, as well as minibars and coffee making facilities. Upgraded rooms offer access to a lounge serving free breakfast. Suites and 2-bedroom apartments add kitchens, and living/dining rooms Other amenities include gym, Italian and Asian restaurants, swimming pool, cafe etc.
