The hotel is wonderful... the room is very special... and the room services are quick to respond, in addition to the luxurious food, which is distinctive in flavors and dishes.. the hotel's location is on a highway and there are no services close to it... such as a pharmacy and grocery. The hotel's policy of extending check-out hours is very limited. I hope it will be reviewed..

A wonderful hotel. The stand out applause goes to the staff, who are always welcoming, friendly, and go out of their way to help you and anticipate your needs. After some 8 hour flights, this is extremely welcome.
The location is suitable for travelling to places nearby by car, but nowhere is within walking distance.
The rooms are very comfortable. A great business hotel.

Rooms, service, spa, and restaurants. All here where you need them and the people are great. Rizvi took care of every need in housekeeping including changing out my pillows for more sleep-friendly ones.
Lounges are welcoming and accommodate large or small meetings. Live music at night was interesting in a good way.

The best coffee place ever .. the service was amazing. Especially Analiza ( thank you for making our night special with your excellent service) .
I used to come here very often and the atmosphere is outstanding. I highly recommend Turkish coffee, it is one of the best in town.

Kempinski Al Othman Hotel is a 5 star hotel in Al Khobar. The atmosphere in the hotel is very friendly and there are training areas, exercise areas and playgrounds for the kids. The hotel is a little bit expensive but the luxury lifestyle comes with a cost. Right from the check-in till your check-out, everything is taken care of. Hotel rooms are very nice and specious. Rooms offer free Wi-Fi and flat-screen TVs, as well as minibars and coffee making facilities. Upgraded rooms offer access to a lounge serving free breakfast. Suites and 2-bedroom apartments add kitchens, and living/dining rooms Other amenities include gym, Italian and Asian restaurants, swimming pool, cafe etc.
