The hotel distribution is quite confusing and some meeting rooms have the restroom in a different floor, moving around is not easy if it is your first time in the complex. The parking is very limited and normally you will need to park on the street after not being treated very respectful from the security guards. Food buffet not the best. There are better options for business meetings.

I went to the Lebanese embassy today and the service was very excellent. The hotel was elegant and quiet. The organization was wonderful. The person in charge of the embassy room had the advantage of laughter, a kind face, and eloquence, and this is what contributed to the success.
Thank you for organizing and elegance
I hope the Lebanese embassy will stay at this hotel because it is one of the best hotels in the eastern region

The hostess Hajar went above and beyond to make our experience exceptional. From the warm welcome to the swift & prompt assistance and guidance whenever needed. She’s even proactively approaches to ensure things are managed and up to expectations.

Stayed for a night and got upgraded to executive level junior suite. Thanks to Mishal from reception. He has been tremendous!
We had a meeting for 10 days (board room 1 & 2) and Rose has been exceptional in making us comfortable throughout our meeting. Thanks Rose!

Kempinski Al Othman Hotel is a 5 star hotel in Al Khobar. The atmosphere in the hotel is very friendly and there are training areas, exercise areas and playgrounds for the kids. The hotel is a little bit expensive but the luxury lifestyle comes with a cost. Right from the check-in till your check-out, everything is taken care of. Hotel rooms are very nice and specious. Rooms offer free Wi-Fi and flat-screen TVs, as well as minibars and coffee making facilities. Upgraded rooms offer access to a lounge serving free breakfast. Suites and 2-bedroom apartments add kitchens, and living/dining rooms Other amenities include gym, Italian and Asian restaurants, swimming pool, cafe etc.
