Excellent rooms, exceptional service and friendly staff. Issues of any are attended to within minutes. Have stayed here twice and have absolutely nothing to complain about. Kudos to the team.

The staff is great and responds quickly to requests. The place is very beautiful, distinctive and unique. I also thank the employee Sarah wears red , she very good, fast and accurate. I also thank the dark-skinned worker in the Diwan department. He was very nice, he was quick, and his was personable

Outstanding! Due to an overbooking, I received a complimentary upgrade to a 2 bedroom suite. The staff are incredible - outstanding customer service. Hotel itself is super clean with great amenities. The gym is great, room service and restaurants are both very nice, all in all very pleased with this hotel. I plan on returning for my next business trip to KSA.

All experience was amazing from welcoming to the whole stay…
However, special thanks to chef Kholod (Live cooking breakfast chef) whose really serving the guests with full of passion and love, definitely with her amazing cooking skills… appreciate her and wishing that a best of luck for her future…

I stayed at the kempinski for 24 days it was a great staying staff are very friendly smiling all the time … room service is quick and has no issues in it laundry great as well. Only has an issue with the buffet (aldiwan) not matching with the rest of the hotel not in terms of service but the quality and the choices of the food but tho the restaurants are fantastic Arabic Italian Japanese fusion and the Latino all are 100% great

Kempinski Al Othman Hotel is a 5 star hotel in Al Khobar. The atmosphere in the hotel is very friendly and there are training areas, exercise areas and playgrounds for the kids. The hotel is a little bit expensive but the luxury lifestyle comes with a cost. Right from the check-in till your check-out, everything is taken care of. Hotel rooms are very nice and specious. Rooms offer free Wi-Fi and flat-screen TVs, as well as minibars and coffee making facilities. Upgraded rooms offer access to a lounge serving free breakfast. Suites and 2-bedroom apartments add kitchens, and living/dining rooms Other amenities include gym, Italian and Asian restaurants, swimming pool, cafe etc.
