2 bed-rooms apartment's price on Booking is 1200SR and 249SR taxes and charges ..
After calling them today; they said it costs 2800SR with company discount and must send an-email to apply the discount too!
What a strange customer care! ?

I am a simple woman, but when it comes to food I am very demanding and I have to say that this breakfast not only fed my body, it fed my soul. Looking forward to come back! No picture tho, it’s all gone. And service is FANTASTIC

The hotel is very dark and dim lights everywhere. Good serving and quick. Expensive as much as you think in serving some foods and drinks. No plastic bags for rooms trash cans. No ventilation.The elevators are very small to use with wheeled chairs.

I was very impressed with the hospitality and care I received while staying at this hotel. A definate 5 star service! I would highly recommend others to visit this lovely hotel.
I would specifically like to mention staff member named hajer the lady in read she worked near reception. she was so welcoming and helpful and friendly kindness ... I can't wait to book my next visit at this hotel ?

I came with my colleagues for a business dinner to celebrate . Great place for meetings and gathering. The guest relations employee Hajer was kind enough to take me on a tour in the facility. Thanks for giving me and my colleagues a great experience and making sure everyone is satisfied

Kempinski Al Othman Hotel is a 5 star hotel in Al Khobar. The atmosphere in the hotel is very friendly and there are training areas, exercise areas and playgrounds for the kids. The hotel is a little bit expensive but the luxury lifestyle comes with a cost. Right from the check-in till your check-out, everything is taken care of. Hotel rooms are very nice and specious. Rooms offer free Wi-Fi and flat-screen TVs, as well as minibars and coffee making facilities. Upgraded rooms offer access to a lounge serving free breakfast. Suites and 2-bedroom apartments add kitchens, and living/dining rooms Other amenities include gym, Italian and Asian restaurants, swimming pool, cafe etc.
