Extremely disappointed
I chose the hotel as it now pops up on IHG group mobile app (it joined a month ago) so thought to give it a go. Arrived at the hotel quite late (1am) after a such long day. Receptionist wasn’t there, later on he turned up without any “welcome”, “thanks for waiting”,.. etc. Took him sometime to find my name, although the hotel seemed really vacant M. Also no instructions given
on anything, breakfast etc. There were people meanwhile heavily cleaning the lobby area whilst others are working on the new hotel extension. I had noticed this and the level of service and requested receptionist right away to cancel my other night.
A few hours later at 8:10am on a Friday (ie weekend), I woke up from some construction work noise and never managed to sleep. Room telephone barely dials and spent time trying to reach out someone at the hotel.
Room service options are limited to 1 food order. Room wasn’t really clean. Honestly, surprised and not surprised the hotel is an IHG member
