It was an amazing experience in Aldiwan specially for Eid brunch with my family. The service was fantastic and outstanding , Islam, Helen, shakil and Arcelo are doing a wonderful job (hospitality, service, helpful, so ao friendly) and really would recommend it and absoluetly will come again❤️❤️ Thank you for this unforgettable Eid brunch❤️❤️

Our business event activity was perfectly suited in the hotel hall with the assistance of expert services lead by Captain Sarah. She is well knowledgeable on how to deal with customers regarding some requirements needed in the setup of event facility and very energetic in leading the team providing necessary support to customer's request. Good job and best facility. Love the food and special set up.
The service crew are so accommodating. I will give them ? %rate. I love ms. Manar how she handled each visitors. The captain Sarah made her job absolutely excellent.

I liked the cigar lounge on the mezzanine floor, but I wish it was a bit bigger and with a different color than the white. Cigar lounges normally come in dark wooden ambiance. Service is not that good and certainly not as you would expect in Kempinski hotels

Kempinski Al Othman Hotel is a 5 star hotel in Al Khobar. The atmosphere in the hotel is very friendly and there are training areas, exercise areas and playgrounds for the kids. The hotel is a little bit expensive but the luxury lifestyle comes with a cost. Right from the check-in till your check-out, everything is taken care of. Hotel rooms are very nice and specious. Rooms offer free Wi-Fi and flat-screen TVs, as well as minibars and coffee making facilities. Upgraded rooms offer access to a lounge serving free breakfast. Suites and 2-bedroom apartments add kitchens, and living/dining rooms Other amenities include gym, Italian and Asian restaurants, swimming pool, cafe etc.
