We entered the hotel at 4:30pm, we had family connecting rooms one was ready the other wasn’t.
The valet is 40 riyals per trip not per day.
The room had a bad smell to it.
The reception staff was not knowledgable about the valet, she said it is 40 per day while it was per trip.
The hotel is decent for quick trip and if you will not spend too much time in the room.

The place is nice and the location is perfect for business stays.
I’ve been there twice and the process of booking and staying there is very convenient with the online check-in process and the digital card.
The parking is spacious and they have both basement and an outdoor parking area (I recommend the basement as the way to the outdoor parking passes through the restaurant and if it was cooking time the smell sticks).
The views on both sides of the hotel are nice (one side is on KAVD and the other is on an empty yard but is where the sun rises in the morning).
One last observation that I was not happy about is that the gym facility is for male only for 22 hours a day and only available for females 2 hours a day and during my stay it was from 11-1 at noon which is not convenient. They have another facility in Doubletree but it has the same set-up with two hours a day for females.
The breakfast is pretty standard and consistent. Room service food is also standard but it has local options.

We are staying couple of days here actually every Hilton we stayed every weekend and we find it comfortable and near to where we want to go. The price is reasonable but sometimes expensive maybe it depends upon the availability and season. The rooms are clean and decent and comfortable to stay. They have also coffee and tea available and some sodas but with extra charge if you will gonna drink it. They have all the amenities you need and it’s nearer to Riyadh Park Mall and some malls around. Good service

Wonderful hotel ? during my business trip to Riyadh I stayed here and enjoyed great stay. Staff is very friendly and helpful ? I have been given room with panoramic view ? breakfast was super yummy ? and delicious. Overall great experience.

Very good experience. The room could have been bigger for the price but the service is excellent, super clean and good breakfast. Also the bellman Eaysin was super friendly and helpful.
