If there is a minus rate or ZERO star it will be fair rate.
The worst hotel I’ve ever experienced, luckily I checked in so late, 10:32pm. The filthiest hotel I ever stayed and the worst reception team. I’m an Hotelier, stayed in so many places all over the world even in Riyadh for several occasions and never experienced such poor hospitality and such lack of hygiene:
- 0 Information from the front desk on the check in
- The front desk agent was having a vape in her neck
- Lift buttons are not working / super slow lift
- FILTHY room
- Outdated furniture and mostly chipped or broken like the office desk chair
- Smelly room
- VERRY POOR breakfast selection
- On the check out, asked for the bill and the reception agent gave me one with 0.00 amount. the manager only knows how to retrieve the proper bill and he didn’t even said a word or addressed any feedback check !!

Breakfast: Hot breakfast with decent limited menu.
Room: Two bedroom suite. Clean room with little little renovating needed.
Staff: Cleaning staff is good.
Location: center of the city
Con: Parking is limited on street and underground. Elevators are small to had to take multiple turns to take 10 suitcases down.

I've really like it ,and the credit goes to the staff and special thanks to the front office, food & Beverage, House keeping staff who made our experience wonderful ? the only problem is must to renew the rooms equipments and materials if that's happening, it could be a very nice ? improvement

I have stayed at the hotel for long durations (sometimes over a month) on several occasions. The staff have been very welcoming and during the check-in, they would try to accommodate my requests for specific rooms I had in previously and have been very welcoming.
I had an overall very positive experience during my stays at the hotel.

Friendly personnel, but old place. My room stunk, a mix of bleach and sewers. It's far from everything. Background view is depressing: internal courtyard with big machinery making loud noise. Didn't enjoy my stay in this hotel.
Riyadh, on the other hand has changed for the better. Quite impressive. Has become very nice!
