I spent 5 nights here. For a 3 star property, it was really nice. The facilities are really pleasant. Room size, bathroom, cleanliness is all great. Breakfast was decent. The lady at the counter at the day of my visit gave me an upgrade on check-in, Its was very helpful. I had an issue with my Wi-Fi and I had called the reception/gues service and I was given the wrong info, when I called back to they didn't pick up. After many attempts, I had to walk down to the reception to sort it out. Other than that, they a good place to stay. I would definetley stay there again.

Although the property is a bit dated, it still retains the old world charm of hospitality and comfort. Rooms are generous in size and kept very neat by the staff. WiFi was great, lots of restaurants and supermarkets nearby.

Take time(slow) to check in. The bathroom so small.the mattress not comfortable. The cleaning of the room was good. Need to improve the the lighting in the room. Only one UK plug u can use in the whole room and it's behind the night stand. Parking in the hotel is very narrow and I do not recommend the SUV car to use it. The breakfast buffet is very standard.
