Very average service, food and rooms.
Not sure, why but Restrooms were so stinking however toilet kits were so good.

Nice room and good breakfast. The staff is friendly- stayed two days and the room service wasn’t the best- they removed the dirty towels but did not replace them. Also requested a few items from the front desk like utensils ? ? and they never brought them. The hotel is a little dated but still had a nice atmosphere. Could use some updates to decor.

The service is excellent, always ready to help. The breakfast has a broad variety of food and the fresh ananas is the best, for the ananas I give 10 points.
There are washing machine and dryer for guests, easy to use and appreciated.

I am Thankful to Abdul Latife and Hashim from the front desk for their great service. Hilton Corporate was unable to reinstate my cancelled booking but these two gentlemen helped me get my reservation back.

My recent 4-night stay at Hilton Hotel deserves a 4.5 out of 5 due to its exceptional service. From a warm check-in to attentive housekeeping, every moment was impressive. The staff's dedication to guest satisfaction was evident, and even minor concerns like an air conditioning issue were swiftly addressed. The hotel's strategic location was a plus, making exploration easy. While I have minor considerations, they don't overshadow the outstanding experience. I highly recommend Hilton Hotel for a memorable and enjoyable stay, marked by excellent service at every turn.
