The service was good, and the location was excellent for easy access to the city center. The room was spacious and the cleanliness is okay. However, the breakfast was disappointing, especially the non-veg menu. Though I might stay in this hotel later, I will never have breakfast from this hotel.

The hotel itself was decent, but I was disappointed by the service. I had requested them for drinking water, they told me to send someone downstairs and they'll give them money to go buy it themselves from the nearby grocery store. The restaurant service was also a letdown, breakfast was very primitive, and it almost seemed like they were serving old food. Overall, while there were positives, the service could use some improvements to match the potential of the hotel.
Rooms were huge and comfortable. Kitchen was fully equipped with all appliances. It was like a basic hotel apartment.

Location is good but at best a 3 star hotel, nothing to do with Hyatt Hotels.
