I am extremely satisfied with my stay at Hilton. I want to express my gratitude for the peaceful experience I had over the last six months. The reception members were consistently helpful and provided excellent service. I was particularly impressed with the amazing restaurant staff.

Hello,
My experience was unfortunately bad/sad with this place and here is why in a list of reasons:
1- Took over 30 min to let us onto our room ( arrived 7:30 p.m)
2- Missed up our booking by sending us to the wrong room which was in a different floor of our original booked room.
3- Had to drag our cart ourselves, even when they missed up and gave us wrong room.
4- Room card didn’t work upon arrival, and had to reprogram it twice during our stay ( 2 days)
5- Asked for extra towels upon arrival, said yes yet they didn’t provide.
6- WiFi didn’t work until the second day of our stay.
7- Parking is not available at all times.

We are staying in this hotel for a couple of months weekly. The rooms are decent but some needs improvement. It’s nice and near to some restaurants. Breakfast is good and the staff there is nice. Hopefully they add some more variation with the meals but overall it’s good.

I have been to many Hilton branches but this is the worst experience ever. I entered the hotel and no one was at the reception and the receptionist was sitting and chatting with his friend or a guest I’m not sure. Which is normal until he shouted while he was seated asking me what do I want. He even didn’t stand up. He was unprofessional! To top it up, when I asked who can help me with the luggage. He said no one was here to help, the employees already left at 5 P.M. I had to take the luggage cart by myself to bring the luggage. If you want something to get on your nerves, this is the right place.
