Alhamdulliah wonderful staff here. Mahbub (housekeeping) was really nice, wonderful and caring. He took care of all of our needs. Very nice person and friendly as well

I’ve been staying here consecutively on and off here for three years now and it’s a wonderful hotel. Room service is always amazing at this place! Mohammed Shahin and Faisal are very gentle and kind staff who take care of everything.

It was a nice experience to enjoy couple of days at that hotel.
The room was clean and cozy and the bed was comfy but the bathroom needs some maintenance, it was little bit old as the glass cabinet door was sliding back and the toilet shataf was leaking.
The breakfast was so good and the staff was friendly.
The location was perfect as it’s near to women prayer place so i didint need to walk long distance to reach it.

Old clean Hotel, old furniture, low standard in Breakfast, No parking, very bad lobby and entrance, must be moderate and classy. Good air-conditioning, clean old classic bathrooms. Not deserve 5 star hotel.

Beautiful hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious and with nice modern features. There is complementary breakfast and dinner. I had a great experience staying here during my Hajj visit to Medina and will definitely recommend to others.
