Great stay! The staff was hospitable and friendly! The room was perfectly made upon arrival and was handled with care by house keeping! Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to everyone visiting Madinah! Location is very ideal too!

I stayed in 2022 April nice hotel clean don't know about the food but rooms r clean they have lots of traffic need to update te decor in the rooms..otherwise perfect location to run to the prophet mosque. Overall I can stay again ..

Rooms was wide enough, but I didn’t like the lighting in the room. Also, the air conditioner thermostat seems not working at all beside that it was one of the best hotels in Medina that I have stayed. Definitely I’ll try to stay here again. I will recommend everybody to book in to this hotel. Also, I want to mention my friend Awlad Hussain who was helpful and doing very good service.

At a certain point, the showers became very hot (even when put on cold mode). Beside from this, everything was very pleasant, food very much ok, service and room cleaning was very neat (thank you Abdul tanveer).
I would gladly comeback inchaa Allah.

Very convenient location. Overall experience was very good and we all loved it. The suit was very spacious. We all enjoyed all of the fancy choices, if the restaurant & special thanks to Mr. Rana and his team.
For sure we will be coming back and do recommend others to try it too.
