Very convenient location. We stayed five nights in one of the suits at the ninth floor. Overall experience was very good and we all loved it. The suit was very spacious but not at the same standard as in US. It needs some upgrades. But it was clean and live-able. The big plus was the breakfast and we all enjoyed all of the fancy choices. For sure we will be coming back and do recommend others to try it too.

Great service, friendly staff members.
It’s my second stay at this hotel. For the price, it’s a bargain. And the service got even better.
Less than 5 minutes walk from the Holy Mosque.
Good breakfast, and suits the taste of everyone.
Omar Farook is always more than happy to help, and his service is from the heart. The same applies to all the team members.
Large rooms, excellent location, delicious breakfast- what else? Ticks all the boxes, and it’s easy. For your next trip, book this hotel.

I have been coming here for last 12 years. I am a platinum ambassador and service is awesome. Lately I have seen the great customer service even better. The staff are amazing and breakfast buffet is also awesome. Last but not the least the prices are hard to beat!!

Having a fantastic stay here in a beautiful hotel. Our suite and rooms were very clean, spacious and the decor was nice. Good breakfast, and all staff were very helpful. Especially Omar Farouq and who met us at reception and advised us on all things Medina.

Greeted within a few minutes, offered cold water as we entered, registered and allocated our rooms well before time
Daily survey to ask if we are entirely satisfied. Customer centric and hospitable
They smile, give you greetings and nothing is a hassle for staff... really well done to them all. Will be using again inshaallah. Other hotels should follow their lead . Thank you to Abdul Hamid and all his staff.
