Having a fantastic stay here in a beautiful hotel. Our suite and rooms were very clean, spacious and the decor was nice. Good breakfast, and all staff were very helpful. Especially Omar Farouq and who met us at reception and advised us on all things Medina.

Greeted within a few minutes, offered cold water as we entered, registered and allocated our rooms well before time Daily survey to ask if we are entirely satisfied. Customer centric and hospitable They smile, give you greetings and nothing is a hassle for staff... really well done to them all. Will be using again inshaallah. Other hotels should follow their lead . Thank you to Abdul Hamid and all his staff. .

Our stay was very nice we had a great time. The service is impeccable and staff is very friendly and comes on our first call. We will give 10 stars to all the staff especially Omar Farooq provided great service. He is amazing. Thank you so much.

The staff was good and cooperative. Rooms were of a good size, but quality has fallen over the years. Breakfast was good, but more variety can be given. Two problems I faced were insects in the bathroom and the fact that they did not have facility to keep my mom's insulin ice packs in the freezer.

The staff behind the front desk were helpful and there was a nice selection of food for breakfast. However, the room keys constantly needed reprogramming so every time you needed to get into your room you needed to go to the front desk for a new key. This seemed to be a problem for multiple guests as there was often a queue of people wanting new keys. The rooms were also not very clean. The cleaning staff did not clean the room well during our stay either. We had to ask for it to be vacuumed, for clean cups/glasses and for fresh towels repeatedly. Overall I would not recommend this hotel based on the lack of cleanliness of the rooms.
