Very untidy hotel, floor carpet is not cleaned, bedsheets are untidy, only one power sockets for fridge tv and floor lamp can use any one at same time, old room setup

? Terrible. Dusty carpet, smelly room, hair everywhere in the bathroom, bed sheet also dusty. Not recommended at all !!!!

Very bad experience..water leakage from roof. Blanket and bed sheet all dirty..no detal kit no shaving kit no sleeper. TV without remote..phone out of order. Staff are very rude...

Mega terrible experience... could have given ZERO stars if i had found one! Arrived to check in on Arafat day, i was very tired and striving to rest... the receptionists didn't seem to care!! After 30 minutes the receptionist send me twice to 3 bedrooms room, whilst my reservation was for a 4 bedroom room. Anyway after almost 90 minutes of waiting i finally found a decent terrible room. Afterwards ... I tried to claim my free parking spot .. they turned me down badly saying that all spaces were full. I checked the garage and found lots of empty spaces. The truth that they are renting it for money !!!! That's disappointing and disrespectful!!! I had to cancel the whole deal and find an alternative hotel and i did.

Receptionist services are ?? bad no person will take you serious... you have to request like beggars at least one hour then they will listen to you...even after pre booking no pre arrangements... Good ? thing is near to haram 5 minutes walk only..rooms are good ?
