Very bad hotel dirty rooms bad service and the people are working there are too rude It’s wasting time and money and you will not feel good and safe when you stay there.

I cant say its bad, since i love old architecture. There are what i want to say Accessibility. This hotel have good accessibility to Nabawi Mosque, you just need to walk two block (about 200m) to reach the mosque, and it is near a shopping centre which mean a plus for a tourist a like Food. The food just so so, if you are indonesian the waitress knew a bit of indonesia to be able to communicate, and they quiet friendly. Room. Its an old hotel, old facility and a bit smelly. But for me at least, it is tolerable. There is an old windows can be shut in my room which a bit dangerous if you have tendency to jump from high building ?. Its nice hotel if you can tolerate its old facility. 4/5

Serve yesterday food. Not freshly cooked. Stingy. Serve food like hospital standard. Taste very worse. But they serve hotel standard for turkey people & they dont allow to enter their zone. Double standard. Towel not provided. Toilet tissue paper very limited they dont allow extra even if u stay 3 person in 1 room. Mug @ cup in room not provided. Cannot take from cafe. Even paper cup they count if u take extra they will ask to put back. Hair dryer not functioning. Only give 1 Card key for each room. Please reconsider if u wana book this hotel.

Nice hotel in term of location. Need some improvements to upgrade the services as below: 1-aircondition especially in winter time.just blanket isn't enough 2-towels for every client.client usually didn't bring towels during their musafir 3-a set of key for every client. It's due to majority or the clients are the pilgrimage. They have their own schedules tt may differ from their roommates. 4- food selection.can be improved by selecting the menu based on the region. Insyallh if these issues can be resolved,the staying experience in the hotel will be great.

Good hospitality and all the people so friendly, room clean most important thing near from masjid nabawi gate 330 by walking only need 3-5 minutes
