Run down and in desperate need of a refit. Beds are small (feet were off the end) and rooms are dirty. Dust everywhere. Lifts have a mind of their own. rooms are rarely cleaned and you have to request for towels to be changed. The showers have minimal pressure. Safes dont work.. breakfast is a joke. AVOID you can find better hotels here. Only positive is its near the haram.

Very nice hotel, great hospitality, great workers, rooms are clean and most importantly very close to prophet pbuh mosque

This place pretty close with Masjid Nabawi, but what can I say for some of the facility looks like the don’t really maintain it, food was okay, love the fruits. Main lobby and kitchen pretty big, but for the room it’s so so.
