Noushad was a great host in the kitchen area. Nuha was very helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay worthwhile. Overall, a lovely experience with excellent housekeeping staff. I would highly recommend.

The bathroom quite outdated, and run down more like an old 2 star hotel, The location is of one the best, being part of the clock tower complex. As close as you can get. Decent choice of food and an amazing and friendly restaurant manager called Noushad made the stay a better.

The room service was too good and timely. Staff at reception was polite and helping especially the guy, Mr. Yasser, i met at the time of checkout. The location of the hotel is fantastic and worth staying at.

for me the rooms is super standart fot 5 stars hotels.. my bed like crooked and rickety but Overall it's good, even though the menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner is the same. and I feel satisfied with the friendly service.. i got view rooftop of masjidil Haram..

The check in service was excellent. Yara was amazing, extremely professional and efficient. The rooms are dated but they are currently undergoing a refurbishment but the view was the best in the world. I would highly recommend
