To start off, giving a 1 star is being generous after the experience I had staying here at this supposed “ 5 star hotel”. The receptionist was rude and had an attitude problem and his manager wasn’t much help either. The rooms were nothing as seen on the website, we booked a 3 bed suite and only received 2, there were urine stains on the toilet seat when we first walked in and the bathroom as an overall was not cleaned prior to our entry. There was no water for us to drink and a lack of towels. We had to wait nearly 30 mins to get any response after calling the lobby to request the missing items. They also refused to give us extra water and they took one of my moms shirt. The food was questionable as well and was not satisfied with any of the services provided which was disappointing considering I spent $1000 for two nights and all of this was just in the span of 24 hours. If you’re looking to have a nice stay in Mecca, I would not recommend Pullman hotel. If i could rate it zero I definitely would, unfortunately that’s not an option. I am not looking forward to an apology response, frankly I just want to leave as soon as possible.
