I recently had the pleasure of dining at Al Khairat restaurant in Makkah, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience.
The staff at Al Khairat were incredibly welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we stepped in. The food was nothing short of fantastic; the variety offered every day was a delight, and my kids thoroughly enjoyed the culinary experience.
The atmosphere, particularly during dinner time, was remarkably relaxed and enjoyable, adding to the overall positive dining ambiance. I must extend a special thanks to Mr. Mobeen for his exceptional customer service and table assistance. His dedication and friendly demeanor truly made our dining experience memorable. I sincerely hope he receives the recognition he deserves and gets promoted, as he is undoubtedly a gem among the staff.
I highly recommend Al Khairat restaurant (Swiss Hotel Almaqam) to everyone. The overall experience was delightful, and I'm sure others will find it equally satisfying. As a suggestion, it would be a nice touch to offer complimentary tea and coffee during dinner, especially for guests who have paid for both breakfast and dinner as part of their stay in the hotel.
