Positives - Staff handling our luggage were really helpful and polite. The room sizes were good with a luxurious walk in shower, we were given connecting rooms, which was excellent for our family. Good wifi. Reasonable price. The receptionist helped us with the Tawakkalna App which was nice of him. Negatives - Check in was not smooth - we were told that our room was not ready when we arrived, which was fine, but then we weren't told when the room was ready. I asked at reception and the receptionist said it had been ready for a while. We had just been waiting in front of the reception with 2 young children so someone could have let us know

Not bad. Reasonably close to Haram. Decent food. OK rooms. Not fancy but not bad at all.

An excellent experience definitely to be repeated. All staff are professional and helpful specially Mustafa the bellman who is remarkably cooperative, positive, helpful and kind. Very good value for money. Prime location.
