i stayed here with my wife in 2017, it was the best hotel in this price range. clean and quite rooms, beautiful interior of hotel and the room. breakfast was delicious. Will definitely stay here in my upcoming trip to madinah.

Excellent service staff Good food Wonderful location, within minutes of Al-Haram. Sadly the toilet shower flooring not allow water to flow and drain naturally. This cause ponding especially at the toilet door area. They should place a squeegee in the toilet to allow guests to push the water into the drainage

Overall 2 stars. Food was VERY GOOD ! However service i dont know why the staff kept asking us where are we from?!? Does it matter?!! We are here to stay and perform our ibadah peacefully and not GETTING ANNOYED BY THE STAFFS ESP THE ROOM SERVICE or anyone asking us where we are from. DOES IT MATTER? Restaurant area 6 chairs only 4 set of cutleries step up logic?! If 6 chairs set up obviously set up for guest for 6 people. Overall bad experience especially first day shower when turn cold water instead all the way hot water. TV SPOIL ! WIFI SLOW ! SO THIS IS 4 stars? 2 stars. Not recommended. Will not come again. Please improve. Thank you.

Stayed there on mid August. About 3-5 minutes walking distance to Masjid Nabawi. Foods were good, mix of Middle East, South East Asia and Western Culinary. The juice was great in taste. Neat and clean room. The lobby staff is very helpful. Thank you for helping my mom in wheelchair from hotel lobby to pedestrian.

This hotel is 150 meters away from the Nabawi Mosque. It's walking distance of less than 10 minutes makes it a great choice to stay. The food served at its Cempaka Restaurant is awesome because there's so much to choose from and abundance. It's changing the menu to cater for the needs of its customers. Also, easily accessible from the main road to go on and out of the area.
