Al Madinah Concorde Hotel

The room service should change the bed sheet every time after customer check out. No re-use bed sheet and I found out so many hair on our bed and it's smelly.

No breakfast, if you are not Indonesian. No cleaning if you are not in the room and you have to ask several times for that. No Haram view. Long & irritating wait for lifts to all floors. Above all helpdesk people dont know the meaning of service or hospitality.

I had bad experience on my last day, one of your restaurant worker is very rude and speak harshly to my family. He's not even say sorry and told us off! Everyone but beside him are very nice. Food is not kid friendly at all. 4 days spent here all spicy and weird. Indonesian food is really bad, always served the same menu. No room service, no toiletries supply, we have to keep our trash until check out. Concord needs to train their staffs here. Really different with the other concord hotel I've had stayed. I ain't gonna pick this hotel for the next trip.

Very near to Harum and it is infront of Movenpick.if u want to stay very near to Harm consider it bcoz it is best

Worst hotel in the history of hotels. It should rather call itself a museum since things are only for display and nothing works. Bad wifi, horrible room service ( they only do room service every 3 days), extremely rude staff who feel like they are the ones paying and you should be working for them. I had an elderly disabled mother, and due to the poor cleanliness in the room and also partly due to feeling unwell, she vomited, which I cleaned up with a hotel towel. The next thing I know is them telling me that I would need to pay "extra" charges for using that towel. Is this human decency? I checked out 2 days earlier than my intended stay and went to a different hotel, which complex changed my mood for my remaining trip. So glad I ran from this terrible hotel!
