Stayed at Ruve Al Madinah a couple of times. Stayed first time during Ramadan 2019 and the most recently in August 2023. I’ve had a great stay at the hotel. Very good location, specially for the ladies as it’s a short walk to the masjid Al haram. The breakfast included was also very good and very friendly and welcoming service. The hotel is short walking distance from the Haram which makes it perfect and great value for money compared to other hotels in the area.

Stayed there for one night and had a great experience. Reception staff was quite welcoming Room was neat and good. Best part was location which was close to Females gate plenty of lifts. hardly 3-4 minutes walk.

The room is clean and comfortable. Front desk staff Shahir is very friendly and provide good service. Cleaning team very helpful and always asking whether we need any assistance. However, hotel looks dated and need renovation and furniture replacement.

Tier two hotel... Basic cleanliness, passive staff need some motivation to perform their job. Despite the mediocre product... The location compensates for their shortfall. Minutes from El Haram... Worth the value for it's location but don't except but a basic 3 star service..

Stayed in this hotel for 5 days. The room was clean and tidy. Shower and bathroom all working fine. Room service was excellent, staff making sure we were OK and safe. It is only about 3 minutes walk to the mosque.
