Location of hotel is marvelous. Good decent room with reasonable facilities. Breakfast was also quite good with variety of food though if live egg station was there it would be fantastic. Staff is curteous and helpful WiFi needs improvement

First time in this hotel. Decor and finishing touches are top notch very impressed. 5mins walk to Haraam. Can't wait to see what's for breakfast but if the way this place looks at first glance is anything to go by, than the food must complement the standard. Just found the room a bit small but you get used to it.

My ultimate journey to the holy land of Madinah, Masjid Nabawi to seek forgiveness, to seek Allah blessing and being grateful on what Allah has granted me. Leaving behind all my worldly belongings, families and surrender myself to the Al Mighty for His mercy, love, forgiveness and blessing.
This hotel is just 120 meter from the masjid and they provide comfort stay.

Positives - Staff handling our luggage were really helpful and polite. The room sizes were good with a luxurious walk in shower, we were given connecting rooms, which was excellent for our family. Good wifi. Reasonable price. The receptionist helped us with the Tawakkalna App which was nice of him.
Negatives - Check in was not smooth - we were told that our room was not ready when we arrived, which was fine, but then we weren't told when the room was ready. I asked at reception and the receptionist said it had been ready for a while. We had just been waiting in front of the reception with 2 young children so someone could have let us know
