Ruve Al Madinah Hotel

Very poor service. The drainage system for the bathroom is very bad. Water is standing for a long time in shower area Unless someone cleans it manually. The lighting in the room is not good . The room is not bright at all. Felt dim and dark. The room cleaner are friendly but they don't clean properly. The most important thing, the manager at the breakfast buffet is very rude. This manager is Bangladesh national. The workers in the buffet breakfast place are steering at people while people are busy eating. The one specially is oldest worker in the breakfast area. This is very awkward when you are busy doing breakfast and some start looking at you at every time passing by you. They are really stupid. They need to get educated from their seniors. I don't suggest staying here at all.

Location of hotel is marvelous. Good decent room with reasonable facilities. Breakfast was also quite good with variety of food though if live egg station was there it would be fantastic. Staff is curteous and helpful WiFi needs improvement

First time in this hotel. Decor and finishing touches are top notch very impressed. 5mins walk to Haraam. Can't wait to see what's for breakfast but if the way this place looks at first glance is anything to go by, than the food must complement the standard. Just found the room a bit small but you get used to it.

Restaurant 10/10, arrived at midnight but the staff and chef quickly restock the food for us.

My ultimate journey to the holy land of Madinah, Masjid Nabawi to seek forgiveness, to seek Allah blessing and being grateful on what Allah has granted me. Leaving behind all my worldly belongings, families and surrender myself to the Al Mighty for His mercy, love, forgiveness and blessing. This hotel is just 120 meter from the masjid and they provide comfort stay.
