Location : 10-15SR to Masjid Mataf with normal taxi. There are buses. Service is ok. Meet and Greet is good. Can't access anyone via Room phone. No answer Price is.excellent

The rooms were quite big in size however the cleanliness of the hotel wasn't very impressive. Stained carpets in the rooms and corridors were kind of a put off. However, the room service guy assured they do clean and sanitise the rooms regularly, but the guests make it difficult to maintain! I think they definitely need to work on this. Coming to staff behaviour and attitude. The staff at reception were very welcoming. However, our experience was ruined by a very unprofessional restaurant staff. Instead of informing us at the very start of our bf that the booking only included 3 adults (im not sure how this was possible and it wasnt clearly mentioned in the booking) he was rude and told us once we sat to eat that we need to pay for an adult and half price for my daughter. Initially, i was informed by the manager to pay only for my daughter which i agreed and then then once we started eating ,he tells us no the manager did not understand our conversation and that we had to pay for one adult too! We were super upset and got ready to walk out when he stopped and apologised to us and told us not to pay anything except the half price. It ruined the whole bf for us, and not to mention, the buffet honesly isn't worth the price. Overall a very mediocre experience and not really my kind of place to go with kids and elders.

Great fast wifi, shuttle service 24/7, staff is awesome. Hasan and Sajol were best bro, can do anything you ask.... free breakfast and computer and clean toilet. Best everything here. Would go again!

That’s my first time in Saudia Arabia I am very happy and exited to perform Umrah being a part of Accor I decided to stay in the IBIS where I meet the wonderful person Mr. Yasir Al zahrani who assist me for the check in and as a gesture give me upgrade to the very amazing room also don’t forget to mention the beautiful lady that assist me for the check out(sorry did not get the name) everyone is very kind and welcoming !! Thank you all once again for your hospitality ❤️

I never leave bad reviews but i do not recommend staying here. we booked our stay for 4 nights. the issues began at check in where they couldn’t find our booking after booking with expedia even though we had all the information. they said they were unable to cancel or refund it either. after issue was somewhat resolved they gave us a triple room instead of the double bed that we booked, which was simply inconvenient. the door was unlocked at one point whilst we have our valuables, passports, money, etc. inside. the room was pretty clean but carpet is badly stained throughout the whole hotel. we had to ask for a refill of our sugar packets and 2 water bottles 6 times from 7 am and finally received it in the late afternoon after saying they would bring it in 10 minutes every time. overall bad management and no proper system.
