I was waiting for more than 2 hours to get a room. But the waiting is worthwhile as i was given masjidil haram views. My room was facing directly to King abdul Aziz gate & rooftop of the masjid.

Brilliant experience overall. The staff was very nice. All my requests were dealt in timely manner during my stay there. Really close to all amenities. Everything available within walking distance.

House keeping service is so bad ,you have to contact them many times in order to get your room clean and to provide you with new towels and water bottles. The food is good with different varieties.

The hotel location is perfect from al-haram mosque however my quadrable room on the 10th floor was horrible. First it was actually a double standard room with 2 extra beds. The facilities in the room was too limited with no view window. The bell man was far away from the hotel entrance downstairs which made me stolen by 2 bangals who told me that they belong to the hotel. The food at the restaurants was the most awful thing anyone can ever experience. Starting from the horrible taste and ending by the lack of any variety. I guess this will be my first and last experience at this place.

Its location is very convenient. But it's 4 bed rooms have a bad view. I had to change rooms in order to get a good view. There room service is super amazing and their prices are worth the quality.
