The location is good, the pillows are comfortable, food is medium quality and expensive but issues are hotel never respond any phone it’s really issue as the price of room is a good value so hotel was crowded and the stuff can’t control that’s why! The problem is management can’t control and other issue was some IT programs the access door and I couldn’t open door by card although I charged many times then waited outside for someone to open door and the technician changed lock box what embarrassed situation

We spent 2 nights during Ramadan 2024. It was horrible experience. I don’t understand how this hotel allowed to be part of IHG. The quality of bed and mattress is terrible. The bus shuttles to Haram is managed and organized so poorly. Only 4 buses and ton of non hotel residents gets in. You have to fight to get in and talked with the hotel staff and they just blame the driver instead of putting special teams to ensure only hotel residents get in. They weren’t willing to do anything. One time, people got tired and called the police to help. Funny thing is police weren’t able to do anything about it. I would never come back and I would never recommend it. chaos and measurable management is all what I can remember.

Most issues are with their service Rude and shameless behaviour. I have called 0 for clogged sink Also inform my floor cleaning person who’s cleaning other room. And go to Haram. My room cleaning light also On to intimate cleaning team. They are saying we cannot following this. Also no one bothered or fix sink I have stayed 10 days here They only clean your room if you call themselves In front of you. Otherwise no cleaning at all.

Room not cleaned by Room Service for 2 (Two) days. Every time you call they say yes and nobody turns up to clean your room, the room is dirty, the washrooms are not cleaned, the dustbins are full and this is not the 5 star room service expected at any Holiday Inn IHG hotel. The room service management is found doing nothing but making excuses.

The hotel is very well maintained and very tech-savy. The ladies at the counter are very humble and polite. Also, would try to resolve your issues without being rude or arrogant. Secondly, the facilities like electric kettle and iron are cherry on top.
